One way that we have made it very easy to collect email addresses is through our Guest Book on your Decentrix website. An example of the guest book is shown below:
The guest book automatically inserts the visitor's information into you contact list in your private collaborative intranet.
The key to having people sign up to this "opt-in" email list will be for you to provide incentives to them. These incentives could be product discounts, rebate coupons, periodic newsletters, product information, new product updates, breaking news amongst others.
