Once confirmed, below documents are needed to draft the lease agreement: - Trade license copy if client wishes to receive the invoices under company name - Copy of the Emirates ID and passport copy of the authorized person - Tax certificate (if applicable) Monthly beverage subscription available at the Oxygen Bar. The listed cost is without a setup fee of AED 150 (One Time Fee) & Outgoing charges. AED 100 (monthly) & Exit Fees of AED 300
