Zona Rosa and El Chicó define the setting for Cl 72 #6-30, placing your business in one of northern Bogotá’s best-known commercial districts. You’ll be close to the established mix of offices, hotels and retail activity that gives Zona T its identity, while El Chicó adds a long-standing concentration of corporate offices and professional services. For the working day, the area brings together practical amenities and well-known destinations. Parque de la 93 adds a recognised public park and leisure promenade nearby, useful for breaks or informal catch-ups outside the office. The location also benefits from access to El Dorado International Airport, Bogotá’s main domestic and international gateway.
