Workstations typically include a desk where employees can place their computer, paperwork, and other necessary materials. A comfortable and ergonomic chair is essential for employees to sit comfortably during their work hours. Employees often need storage space for personal belongings, documents, and office supplies. This may include filing cabinets, drawers, shelves, or overhead storage compartments integrated into the workstation or nearby. Depending on the workspace layout, workstations may offer varying levels of privacy. Some may have partitions or dividers to provide a degree of separation between employees, while others may be more open-concept. Overall, workstations are designed to provide employees with a functional and comfortable space where they can focus on their tasks and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
