- Dedicated private space – client can keep their belongings in the bubble - 24/7 access card - 2 hrs/month complimentary usage of the meeting rooms and/or boardrooms - Unlimited fast & secure Wi-Fi - Free Parking access - Cleaning Services - Access to the shared spaces to all Cloud Spaces branches including Abu Dhabi - Yas Mall, ADGM, and World Trade Centre, Dubai, Dubai: Dubai Fountain Views, Saudi Arabia – Riyadh (access during business hours). Once confirmed, below documents are needed to draft the lease agreement: - Trade license copy if client wishes to receive the invoices under company name - Copy of the Emirates ID and passport copy of the authorized person - Tax certificate (if applicable) Monthly beverage subscription available at the Oxygen Bar. The listed cost is without a setup fee of AED 150 (One Time Fee) & Outgoing charges. AED 100 (monthly) & Exit Fees of AED 150
