7 – 15 rue Gerda Taro places you at Porte d’Italie, on the southern edge of Paris’s 13th arrondissement, with the Quartier Asiatique giving the area much of its character. Around Avenue de Choisy and Place d’Italie, this established commercial and cultural district brings a distinct local identity, while Place d’Italie itself acts as a major public square and city junction. The Mairie du 13e arrondissement adds a civic focus nearby. For day-to-day convenience, you’ll have Porte d’Italie metro station on Line 7, the Porte d’Italie stop on Tramway T3a, and direct access to the Boulevard Périphérique interchange. Centre commercial Italie 2 and La Poste at Place d’Italie support everyday errands, while Parc Montsouris offers substantial green space close to the office. The Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris also contributes an academic and international presence to this part of southern Paris.
