The site Berlin Leipziger Platz is located right at the capital's pulsating centre, directly adjacent to Potsdamer Platz - excellently located in terms of transportation links. The spacious plot has a striking octagonal shape. Since it is situated directly by the Mall of Berlin, the site offers various facilities for eating and shopping during lunch time or after work. On a total of four floors with a surface area of more than 2,200 sq m, our customers and guests will find a modern working environment including flexible offices, generous meeting rooms and inspiring co-working areas. The co-working floor offers an outstanding feature with a continuous balcony that can be accessed from all rooms. It offers a fantastic view from the Bundestag to the television tower.
