The Diagonal area is the financial district par excellence of Barcelona. This new workspace is strategically located at Avenida Diagonal 601, at the intersection with Gandesa street. Between the shopping centers L'lla Diagonal and Corte Inglés de María Cristina. Since 2022, after the latest improvements in sustainability, it has the energy efficiency certification: LEED Gold. This is the first of the company's centers to have such a rating. Networkia Diagonal aims to reflect in its design and structure the growing interest of companies in building features that help promote the health and well-being of its occupants. The trend points to: lower densities, greater distance and changes in the design of workspaces that guarantee flexibility, creativity and, of course, productivity.
