“The Old City,” Gamlestan was founded centuries before the modern-day city of Göteborg was established. Formerly a centre of industry, the area is rapidly transforming into one of Göteborg’s most dynamic cultural, culinary and commercial hotspots. Join a fast-growing community of creators, collaborators and innovators at the heart of one of the world’s most inventive cities with flexible office space at Ganmlestads Smedja. Furnished and fully equipped, our brand-new, purpose-built office space is ideally placed to reach out to customers across the city and beyond. Gamlestaden Station is on the doorstep and Göteborg-Landvetter Airport is only a 26km drive away. Walk in, plug in, and start work straight away with ready-to-use office space that works around you. Reserve your own private suite and customise it to reflect your brand or enjoy the flexibility of hot-desking and book whatever space you need for as long as you need it. Network in our social coworking areas and collaborative business lounge. Pitch your ideas using the latest presentation technology in fully equipped meeting rooms, available on demand with our app. Relax after work with a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants, or if you’re feeling adventurous, check out the indoor ski track at Prioritet Serneke Arena.
