Stand out from the crowds and competition in a landmark Austin skyscraper. One Eleven Congress is one of Austin’s landmarks, a striking red granite skyscraper standing at a central Downtown intersection. At 111 Congress Avenue, you’ll work alongside and network with tech companies and global names, including Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch. Impress from the moment clients and colleagues walk into the two-story marble lobby, then do your best work in fully-refurbished designer spaces across the fifth and sixth floors. You’ll find private offices, coworking areas, and meeting rooms to rent in Austin, with stunning views over the city and the Colorado River through the light-filled floor-to-ceiling windows. When you take a break, you’re steps away from a gym and the upmarket Fareground food hall. Relax outside in the one-acre tree-filled sunken plaza, with benches, a waterfall, and an event space. Venture a little further to Brush Square or explore the waterfront. You’re within walking distance of the State Capitol and Austin Convention Center, world-class restaurants, and attractions. Spark your creativity nearby amid the artwork at Long Live Art, at an event at Brazos Hall, or at the Museum of the Weird. Explore even more with a bus stop on the doorstep, and the Downtown light rail station is eight minutes’ walk.
